فيما عدا خدمات الصحة العامة ، والخدمات الوقائية ، والخدمات الإسعافية ، وخدمات تنظيم الأسرة ، والخدمات الصحية الخاصة بتغطية الكوارث بكافة أنواعها ، والأوبئة ، وما يماثلها من خدمات تلتزم بتقديمها سائر أجهزة الدولة مجانا ، تطبق أحكام القانون المرافق على الخدمات الصحية التأمينية وما ينتج عن إصابات العمل وذلك كله وفقا للتعريفات الواردة فيه .
