تلتزم هيئة الاعتماد والرقابة بتقديم تقرير بنتيجة التقييم للمنشأة الطبية محل
التقييم خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ التقييم كحد أقصى ، وتحصل المنشأة على شهادة
الاعتماد خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إعلان نتائج التقييم .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إجراءات التقييم والاعتماد .
