تتم عمليات التقييم والاعتماد بموضوعية وشفافية ، ويحظر على كل من شارك
فى أعمال التقييم أو الاعتماد تقديم استشارات أو دورات تدريبية للمنشأة محل التقييم
أو أن يكون عضوا فى مجلس إدارتها أو الإفصاح عن البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بأعمال
التقييم أو النتيجة النهائية للتقييم قبل صدور قرار هيئة الاعتماد والرقابة ، ومع مراعاة
حكم المادة (٣٣) لا يجوز تعديل نتائج التقييم والاعتماد التى ينتهى إليها قرار هيئة
الاعتماد والرقابة .
