Article 43 bis of the Mineral Resources Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ألفى جنيه، ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه، كل قائد مركبة خرج من منجم أو محجر أو ملاحة بمحمولة تجاوز الحمولة المقررة برخصة التسيير.
ويعاقب بالعقوبة ذاتها المنصوص عليها بالفقرة السابقة كل قائد مركبة خرج من منجم أو محجر أو ملاحة بغير غطاء سميك يغطى المركبة ويحول دون تطاير أو تساقط المواد الخام أثناء سيرها.
