يجوز لرئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة فى حالة مزاولة أى نشاط تعدينى دون ترخيص
التحفظ إداريا على المعدات والآلات المستخدمة فى ذلك النشاط سواء أكانت منقولة
أم ثابتة أو أيا كان مالكها لحين التصرف فيها طبقا للقانون .
ويكون للمحافظ ذات الصلاحيات بالنسبة لمزاولة نشاط الاستغلال للملاحات
أو المحاجر دون ترخيص .
