على المرخص له الحصول على موافقة السلطة المختصة على إنشاء ما يلزم من مرافق
لتشغيل المناجم أو المحاجر أو الملاحات قبل إصدار تراخيص تلك المرافق من الجهات
المختصة ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية شروط إصدار هذه الموافقة والتيسيرات التى يمكن
توفيرها لذلك .
