يجوز للمرخص له أن يطلب وقف ترخيص الاستغلال مؤقتا لأسباب فنية تقبلها الهيئة أو الجهة المختصة، بحسب الأحوال، ويصدر بالموقف ومدته والآثار ا لمترتبة عليه قرار مسبب بذلك من السلطة المختصة.
