يطبق على الغاز العابر غير المستهلك داخل حدود جمهورية مصر العربية ذات آلية حساب التعريفة المتبعة لاستخدام الشبكات والتسهيلات، مضافا إليها مقابل حق الجهات المختصة فى الدولة فى الحصول على مقابل مادى أو عينى إضافى وذلك للقوانين والنظم المعمول بها فى هذا الشأن ، على أن تحصل بمعرفة مشغلى الشبكات والتسهيلات .
