Article 42 of the Gas Market Activities Law

يلتزم المستهلك غير المؤهل بالسماح لمشغلى منظومتى نقل وتوزيع الغاز المتصل بهما بتركيب معدات قياس الغاز، وإجراء المعايرة الدورية لها ، وسداد مقابل كميات الغاز الموردة له .
ويحق للمستهلك غير المؤهل التحول إلى مستهلك مؤهل بناء على رغبته ، وفى هذه الحالة يكون له اختيار مورد الغاز الخاص به، وبالأسعار التى يتم الاتفاق عليها بينهما .
