يحق للجهاز إلغاء الترخيص إذا تم تعديل فى ملكية أسهم الكيان القانونى المرخص له ، سواء كان عن طريق البيع أو الشراء أو تحويل للأسهم أو رأس المال أو الأصول أو أى تصرف آخر من شأنه تغيير السيطرة فى رأسمال الكيان القانونى المرخص له ، دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من الجهاز .
