لا يجوز أن يترتب على إعادة التقدير الخمسى زيادة القيمة الإيجارية للعقارات المبنية
المستعملة فى أغراض السكن على (٣٠٪) من التقدير الخمسى السابق ، وعلى (٤٥٪)
من التقدير الخمسى السابق بالنسبة للعقارات المبنية المستعملة فى غير أغراض السكن.
