يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن مائتى جنيه ولا تجاوز ألفى جنيه كل من امتنع عن تقديم الإقرار
المنصوص عليه فى المادة (١٤) من هذا القانون أو قدمه متضمنا بيانات غير صحيحة
تؤثر بما يجاوز ١٠٪ من دين الضريبة .
وفى جميع الأحوال تضاعف الغرامة المنصوص عليها فى حالة العود إلى ارتكاب ذات المخالفة
خلال ثلاث سنوات .
