Article 28 of the Real Estate Tax Law

تؤول حصيلة الضريبة العقارية والمبالغ المقررة فى هذا القانون للخزانة العامة
ويخصص للمحافظات ٢٥٪ من حصيلة الضريبة المحصلة فى نطاق كل محافظة
وبما لا يقل عما تم تحصيله من هذه الضريبة فى العام المالى ٢٠٠٦/٢٠٠٧ .
ويجوز عند الاقتضاء ، تعديل هذه النسبة بالزيادة بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء ،
بناء على عرض من وزير المالية .
