للخزانة العامة فيما يختص بتحصيل الضريبة والمبالغ الأخرى المستحقة بمقتضى هذا القانون
حق الامتياز على العقارات المبنية المفروض عليها الضريبة ، وعلى أجرة هذه العقارات ،
وعلى المنقولات المملوكة للمكلف بأداء الضريبة والموجودة فى العقار .
