يكون المستأجرون مسئولين بالتضامن عن أداء الضريبة ، مع المكلفين بأدائها ،
وذلك فى حدود الأجرة المستحقة عليهم وبعد إخطارهم بذلك بخطاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول ،
وتعتبر قسائم تحصيل الضريبة وملحقاتها التى تسلم إليهم بمثابة إيصال من المكلف
بأداء الضريبة فى حدود ما تم تحصيله ، وبمثابة إيصال من المكلف باستيفاء الأجرة
فى حدود ما أداه المستأجر .
