Article 12 of the Real Estate Tax Law

يكون سعر الضريبة ١٠٪ من القيمة الإيجارية السنوية للعقارات الخاضعة للضريبة ،
وذلك بعد استبعاد ٣٠٪ من هذه القيمة بالنسبة للأماكن المستعملة فى أغراض السكن ،
و٣٢٪ بالنسبة للأماكن المستعملة فى غير أغراض السكن ، وذلك مقابل جميع المصروفات
التى يتكبدها المكلف بأداء الضريبة بما فى ذلك مصاريف الصيانة .
ويستهدى فى تحديد الضريبة بالمؤشرات الواردة بالجدولين المرفقين بهذا القانون .
