فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون يقصد بالألفاظ والعبارات التالية المعنى المبين أمام كل منها :
- الضريبة : الضريبة على العقارات المبنية .
- الوزير : وزير المالية .
- المصلحة : مصلحة الضرائب العقارية .
- المحافظ : المحافظ المختص الذى يقع العقار المبنى فى دائرة محافظته .
