يضع البنك المركزى خطة لتسوية أوضاع كل بنك فى حالة تعثره وذلك بعد دراسة
أوضاعه وتقييم قابليته للتسوية ، دون أن تتضمن تلك الخطة اللجوء إلى الدعم الحكومى
أو التمويل الاستثنائى .
وتلتزم البنوك بإزالة أى عوائق تحول دون تنفيذ تلك الخطط ، وتزويد البنك المركزى
بأى معلومات يطلبها من البنك أو من الشركة الأم أو الشركات الشقيقة والتابعة للبنك
أو من المساهمين الرئيسيين .
وذلك كله على النحو الذى يحدده مجلس الإدارة .
