يلتزم كل شخص طبيعى أو اعتبارى يمتلك وأطرافه المرتبطة نسبة تزيد على (١٠٪)
من رأس المال المصدر للبنك أو من حقوق التصويت أو أى نسبة تؤدى إلى السيطرة
الفعلية عليه بإخطار البنك المركزى حال انخفاض هذه النسبة عن الحد المرخص له به ،
وذلك على النموذج الذى يعتمده المحافظ لهذا الغرض .
