يعد البنك المركزى موازنته التقديرية متضمنة موازنات الوحدات ذات الطابع الخاص .
ويعتمد مجلس الإدارة الموازنة التقديرية للبنك المركزى قبل بداية السنة المالية بأربعة أشهر ، وترسل نسخة منها إلى وزير المالية .
ولا تشمل الموازنة العامة للدولة الموارد والاستخدامات الجارية والرأسمالية للبنك المركزى .
