مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (٢٣١) من هذا القانون ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز
سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين
العقوبتين ، كل من أفشى من العاملين المكلفين بتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون أو من العاملين
بالجهات المرخص لها أى معلومات تتعلق بشئون الجهات التى يعملون بها أو أى معلومات
حصلوا عليها بسبب وظيفتهم ، وتتعدد الغرامات بتعدد المجنى عليهم .
