يعاقب بغرامة لاتقل عن مائتى ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسمائة ألف جنيه كل من امتنع
عن تقديم البيانات أو التقارير أو المعلومات المشار إليها فى المواد (١٢٩ ، ١٣٠ ، ١٣٢)
من هذا القانون .
ويعاقب بذات العقوبة كل من امتنع عن تقديم السجلات أو الأوراق أو المستندات لمن
لهم حق الاطلاع عليها فضلا عن الحكم بالتمكين من الاطلاع .
