Article 226 of the Central Bank and Banking Sector Law

يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مليون جنيه ، أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف حكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة (١٠٤) من هذا القانون .
ويعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تجاوز مائة ألف جنيه كل من خالف
حكم المادة (٥٩) من هذا القانون فيما يتعلق بإهانة أو تشويه النقد .
