يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تقل عن مليون جنيه ولا تجاوز عشرة ملايين جنيه ، أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف أيا من أحكام المواد (٦٣ ، ١٨٤ ، ٢٠٥ ، ٢٠٦)
من هذا القانون .
وفى حالة العود يحكم بالحبس والغرامة معا .
