يضع مجلس الإدارة معايير ومتطلبات وصلاحيات التطبيقات الإلكترونية التى تتيح
الولوج إلى حسابات العملاء لدى البنوك أو مقدمى خدمات الدفع وكذا تنفيذ المعاملات عليها .
وتلتزم البنوك ومقدمو خدمات الدفع بإتاحة هذا الولوج إذا تم من خلال تطبيقات
إلكترونية يتوافر فيها المعايير والمتطلبات المشار إليها .
