يلتزم مشغلو نظم الدفع ومقدمو خدمات الدفع حال ممارستهم للأنشطة المرخص بها بضمان التالي كحد أدنى :
( أ ) استمرارية تقديم الأنشطة المرخص بها .
(ب) عدم التمييز بين المستفيدين منها .
(ج) توفير الحماية اللازمة للنظم الإلكترونية المستخدمة ضد أي محاولة لاختراق إلكتروني أو ولوج غير مصرح به إلى النظام ، أو تلاعب في البيانات أو مساس بسريتها وخصوصيتها .
