لمجلس الإدارة حماية للاستقرار المصرفي أو لحقوق العملاء أن يصدر قرارا بمنع أو تقييد أو تعديل أو إضافة أو وقف أي من الأنشطة أو العمليات التي يمارسها مشغلو نظم الدفع أو مقدمو خدمات الدفع ، كما يجوز له اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لتسوية العمليات السابقة على اتخاذ تلك القرارات .
