تتكون موارد المعهد المصرفي من :
( أ ) الاعتمادات التي يخصصها له البنك المركزي .
(ب) الإعانات التي ترد إلى المعهد من الجهات المختلفة ، ويقرر مجلس الإدارة قبولها .
(ج) الاشتراكات والمساهمات السنوية التي تؤديها البنوك والجهات المختلفة مقابل تدريب العاملين بها ويصدر بتحديدها قرار من مجلس الإدارة بناء على اقتراح مجلس إدارة المعهد .
(د) مقابل الخدمات التي يؤديها المعهد للغير ويعتمدها مجلس الإدارة .
