لمجلس الإدارة بناء على اقتراح مجلس إدارة صندوق التأمين على الودائع اتخاذ أي من الإجراءات الآتية في حالة مخالفة أي بنك لأحكام النظام الأساسي للصندوق أو القرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له :
( أ ) توجيه تنبيه .
(ب) إلزام البنك بسداد مبلغ لا يجاوز (٥٪) من قيمة آخر اشتراك سنوي للبنك ، يزاد إلى (١٠٪) في حالة تكرار المخالفة ، وتضاف حصيلة هذه المبالغ إلى موارد الصندوق .
