مع عدم الإخلال بمصالح المتعاملين مع البنك ، يترتب على إلغاء الترخيص وقف البنك عن مباشرة العمل وتصفيته ، وفي هذه الحالة لمجلس الإدارة إما أن يقرر تصفية أعمال البنك فورا أو أن يرخص له مؤقتا بمباشرة العمليات القائمة وقت الشطب بالشروط التي يحددها لذلك .
