يجوز للقطاع الخاص أن يتملك أسهما في رءوس أموال البنوك المملوكة أسهمها
بالكامل للدولة ، وفي هذه الحالة لا تسري عليه أحكام هذا الفصل .
ويعين بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء ممثلو المال العام في اجتماعات الجمعية العامة
للبنك وذلك بالنسبة إلى ما تملكه الدولة في رأسماله .
