يكون تعيين ممثلي البنوك المملوكة أسهمها بالكامل للدولة في البنوك والشركات التي
تساهم فيها بقرار من مجلس إدارة البنك المعني ، ويكون قرار التعيين لدورة واحدة قابلة
للتجديد لمرة واحدة ، ويجوز لمجلس إدارة البنك المملوكة أسهمه بالكامل للدولة تغيير ممثليه
قبل انتهاء دورة المجلس وذلك دون الإخلال بحكم المادة (١٢٠) من هذا القانون .
