يعتمد مجلس إدارة البنك المملوكة أسهمه بالكامل للدولة جميع لوائح العمل الداخلية
طبقا لما ورد في قانون العمل الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٢ لسنة ٢٠٠٣ في هذا الشأن ، ويقر جدول
الأجور والحوافز والبدلات للعاملين ، وله أن يضع نظاما أو أكثر لإثابتهم في ضوء معدلات أدائهم
وحجم ومستوى إنجازهم في العمل والتحقيق معهم وتأديبهم ، وذلك كله دون التقيد
بأحكام القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في شركات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام .
