على مراقب الحسابات الالتزام بإبلاغ البنك المركزي مباشرة في الحالات الآتية :
( أ) الوقوف على أي معلومات تؤثر على سلامة الأداء المالي للبنك .
(ب) قيام الإدارة بأي أنشطة تؤثر على سلامة البنك أو سمعته .
(ج) وجود تعارض في المصالح أو أي خلل في نظام الرقابة الداخلية .
