مع عدم الإخلال بسلطة الجمعية العامة للبنك ، يتعين قبل تعيين أي من المسئولين
الرئيسيين الحصول على موافقة المحافظ بما يفيد استيفاء لشروط الجدارة والصلاحية الفنية
المشار إليها في البند (س) من المادة (٨٤) من هذا القانون ، وذلك طبقا للإجراءات
التي يحددها مجلس الإدارة . وفي حالة عدم الموافقة ، يجب أن يكون القرار مسببا .
