يعد البنك المركزى سجلا لقيد بيوت الخبرة المؤهلة للمشاركة فى تقييم الضمانات
التى تقدم للبنوك ، ويضع مجلس الإدارة قواعد القيد فى هذا السجل وشروطه وإجراءاته ،
ويحدد التزامات بيوت الخبرة .
وتكون هذه البيوت مسئولة عما يرد في تقارير التقييم .
وإذا ثبت تقصير أي من تلك البيوت في القيام بالمهام الموكلة له ، جاز لمجلس الإدارة
وقف قيده للمدة التي يحددها أو شطبه من السجل وذلك بعد دراسة المبررات المقدمة منه ،
واتخاذ ما يلزم لمحاسبته عن تقصيره .
