تكون للشركة الشخصية الاعتبارية ، وتعتبر من أشخاص القانون الخاص
ويسرى عليها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص في هذا القانون ، أحكام كل من قانون شركات
المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة الصادر بالقانون
رقم ١٥٩ لسنة ١٩٨١ ، وقانون سوق رأس المال الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩٥ لسنة ١٩٩٢
كما يسرى على العاملين بالشركة أحكام قانون العمل الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٣٧
لسنة ١٩٨١ ، وذلك فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص في اللوائح التي يضعها مجلس إدارة
الشركة .
