تحول الهيئة القومية للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية إلى شركة مساهمة
مصرية تسمى «الشركة المصرية للاتصالات»، وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون.
وتؤول إلى الشركة الجديدة جميع الحقوق العينية والشخصية للهيئة السابقة ،
كما تتحمل بجميع التزاماتها .
