يلغى قانون تنظيم المناقصات والمزايدات الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨٩ لسنة ١٩٩٨
واستثناء من حكم الفقرة السابقة ، تستمر العمليات التى تم طرحها أو التعاقد
عليها بالفعل قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون خاضعة لأحكام قانون تنظيم المناقصات
والمزايدات المشار إليه ، إلى حين إتمام تنفيذ التعاقد .
