لا تخل أحكام القانون المرافق بقانون تنظيم مشاركة القطاع الخاص فى مشروعات
البنية الأساسية والخدمات والمرافق العامة الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦٧ لسنة ٢٠١٠ ،
وغيره من قوانين التزامات المرافق العامة القطاعية .
ولا تخل أحكامه بالقانون رقم ٥ لسنة ٢٠١٥ فى شأن تفضيل المنتجات المصرية
فى العقود الحكومية ، وذلك فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص .
كما لا تخل أحكامه بقانون الاستثمار الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٢ لسنة ٢٠١٧
