تتولى إدارة الفتوى المختصة بمجلس الدولة مراجعة مشروعات العقود التى تكون
الجهة الإدارية طرفا فيها ، ونماذج كراسات الشروط ، وأنماط العقود النموذجية والأدلة
الإرشادية وغيرها مما هو منصوص عليه فى المادة (١٩) من هذا القانون .
