يكون التعاقد بطريق المزايدة المحلية فيما لا يجاوز ثمنه الأساسى ستمائة ألف جنيه ، ويقصر الاشتراك فيها على المتزايدين المحليين الذين يقع نشاطهم داخل نطاق المحافظة التى ينفذ بدائرتها موضوع التعاقد .
