لا تسلم الجواهر المخدرة التى تصل إلى الجمارك إلا بموجب
إذن سحب كتابى تعطيه الجهة الإدارية المختصة للمرخص له بالجلب أو لمن
يحل محله فى عمله .
وعلى مصلحة الجمارك فى حالتى الجلب أو التصدير تسليم إذن السحب
أو التصدير من صاحب الشأن وإعادته إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
