Article 39 of the Narcotics Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة من مائة
جنيه إلى خمسمائة جنيه مصرى أو من ألف ليرة إلى خمسة آلاف ليرة
سورية كل من ضبط فى أى مكان أعد أو هيىء لتعاطى المخدرات وكان
يرى فيه تعاطيها مع علمه بذلك .
ولا ينطبق حكم هذه المادة على الزوج أو الزوجة أو أصول أو فروع
من أعد أو هيأ المكان المذكور .
