Article 27 of the Narcotics Law

لا يجوز إنتاج أو استخراج أو فصل أو صنع أى مادة
من المواد غير المخدرة الواردة فى الجدول رقم ٣
وتسرى أحكام الفصل الثانى على جلب هذه المواد وتصديرها .
وفى حالة جلب أحد المحال المرخص لها فى الاتجار فى الجواهر المخدرة
لإحدى هذه المواد وجب عليه اتباع أحكام القيد والاخطار المنصوص
عليها فى المادتين ١٢ و ١٣
