يعاقب بغرامة لاتقل عن خمسين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مليونى جنيه ، أو مثلى قيمة المنتج محل المخالفة أيهما أكبر ، كل مورد خالف أحكام أى من المواد : (٩، ١٣، ١٥/ فقرة أولى ، ٣٢ ، ٣٤ ، ٥٦/ فقرة ثانية) من هذا القانون .
