يعاقب بغرامة لاتقل عن ثلاثين ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز مليون جنيه أو مثلى قيمة المنتج محل المخالفة أيهما أكبر ، كل مورد خالف أحكام أى من المواد : (١٠، ٢٠، ٢٢، ٢٤، ٢٥ ، ٢٦ ، ٢٩ ، ٣٠ ، ٣١ ، ٣٣/ فقرة ثانية وثالثة ، ٤٠/ فقرة ثالثة) من هذا القانون .
