مع مراعاة ما ورد فى شأنه نص خاص فى هذا القانون ، تكون القرارات التى يصدرها الجهاز تطبيقا لأحكام هذا القانون نهائية ويكون الطعن عليها أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى .
ويستثنى الطعن على القرارات المشار إليها من تطبيق أحكام القانون رقم ٧ لسنة ٢٠٠٠ بإنشاء لجان التوفيق فى بعض المنازعات التى تكون الوزارات والأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة طرفا فيها .
