لا تسرى أحكام هذا الفصل على العقود المبرمة بين المستهلك والمورد أو المعلن بحسب الأحوال ، فى الحالتين الآتيتين :
١ – الخدمات المصرفية والمالية والخدمات المرتبطة بالتداول فى سوق رأس المال .
٢ – التعاقد للاشتراك فى الصحف وغيرها من المطبوعات الدورية .
ويجوز للائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إضافة حالات أخرى تستثنى من تطبيق أحكام هذا الفصل .
