يلتزم المورد بوضع بيان يتضمن حقوق المستهلك فى الاستبدال والاسترجاع المعتمدة من الجهاز ، والمنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية فى مكان ظاهر داخل أماكن عرض المنتجات أو بيعها .
ويحظر على المورد تعليق بيع المنتجات على شرط مخالف للعرف التجارى ، أو شرط بيع كمية معينة ، أو ربط البيع بشراء منتجات أخرى ، أو غير ذلك من الشروط .
